We ship all orders from our warehouse in Singapore and we ship internationally! We also offer Free International Shipping for Orders Above US$80. (Excluding Australia) Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products (eg. Power banks) cannot be shipped to international destinations. We also offer complimentary registered shipping to addresses within Singapore for any order.
When will my order ship?
Domestic and international orders may require up to 4 working days to process and ship. (estimated for non-peak periods). *Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped only during working days.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the word cancel and order number in the subject line.We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.
Please double check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".
When will my order arrive?
Domestic orders within Singapore may take 7 working days to reach you.(*timeframe is just an estimate during non-peak period) International orders can take between 5-15 working days or up to 4 weeks for delivery. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
Items are subject to customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country and may be held until duties and taxes are paid. Please contact your local Post Office for the necessary information to claim your package. As the importer/consignee, it is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes. We are not able to refund customs fees or additional charges that must be paid to have your package delivered.
